2007 - Supporto agli advisory board regionali

La presente ricerca è finalizzata ad accompagnare sul piano della documentazione scientifica i lavori dei comitati strategici sulla Competitività e sul Welfare istituiti dalla presidenza della Giunta regionale.

Il rapporto finale documenta alcuni dei contenuti e delle attività prodotti e ruolo dall’avvio della nuova annualità.

In particolare, nella prima parte del rapporto si dà conto dello stato di avanzamento della ricerca sulla attrattività della regione, che ha come obiettivo di individuare il potenziale attrattivo della Lombardia rispetto al resto del Paese.

La seconda parte è dedicata alla sintesi dei contenuti della riunione plenaria e alcune note riservate sulle modalità di prosecuzione dei lavori per il Comitato strategico del Welfare.

Infine, la terza parte presenta i numerosi materiali di accompagnamento all’ultima riunione del Comitato strategico per la Competitività (29 gennaio 2007), tra cui in particolare l’attività svolta da IReR sul tema “crisi” della classe dirigente. IReR ha infatti prodotto un paper, un seminario e un sondaggio d’opinione sulla “crisi” della classe dirigente e sulla sua percezione, in seguito pubblicati in un Quaderno IReR (nr. 4, 2007).

This research aims at supporting the meetings of the Strategic Committees for Competitiveness and Welfare, instituted by the Region, from a scientific point of view. The final report presents the main contents and products of the activity in the last year.

The first part of the report presents the research, suggested by the Strategic Committee for Competitiveness, on the attractiveness of Lombardy, in comparison to the rest of the Country. This research paid attention to identifying the local characteristics that make the Lombardy model different from the others. The research consisted of two main steps: first the directors of the territorial offices of Confindustria have been interviewed, to gather a general assessment of the situation. Then a form has been submitted to the directors of firms subjected to foreign investments.

The second part of this report summarizes the contents and some reserved notes about the Strategic Committee for Welfare.

Finally, the third part of the report presents the numerous documents accompanying the last meeting of the Strategic Committee for Competitiveness (January 29th, 2007), among which is particularly relevant the activity related to the topic of the “crisis” of the ruling class. IReR produced a paper, a seminar and an opinion poll on this topic, subsequently gathered in a publication (Quaderno IReR n. 4, 2007).
